Cancellation Policy
- Any Cancellation must be done 48 Hours prior to Check-in Date. Cancellation later than this lead period will incur a charge of One Room Night per room booked.
- In case of any No-show, one night room charge will be applicable.
Refund Policy
- If cancellation happens before 48 hours, Marino Royal Hotel refunds the booker’s same payment channel within 7-10 business days. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank.
